SN65HVD5X器件是三态差分线路驱动器和差分输入线路接收器,采用5V电源供电。每个驱动器和接收器都有独立的输入和输出引脚,用于全双工总线通信设计。它们设计用于平衡传输线,并与ANSI TIA /EIA-485A,TIA /EIA-422-B,ITU-T v.11和ISO 8482:1993标准兼容设备互操作。
SN65HVD50 ,SN65HVD51和SN65HVD52完全使能,无外部使能引脚。
SN65HVD53,SN65HVD54和SN65HVD55具有高电平有效驱动器使能和低电平有效接收器使能。通过禁用驱动器和接收器,可实现低于1μA的低待机电流。
所有器件的工作温度范围均为-40°C至85°C。
SN65HVD5x的高输出功能提供比典型RS-485驱动器更高的噪声容限。额外的噪声容限使得在长电缆和恶劣噪声环境中的应用成为可能。
