SN65HVD3x器件是三态差分线路驱动器和差分输入线路接收器,采用3.3V电源供电。
每个驱动器和接收器都有独立的输入和输出引脚,用于全双工总线通信设计。它们设计用于通过长达1500米的电缆进行RS-422和RS-485数据传输。
SN65HVD30,SN65HVD31和SN65HVD32器件完全启用,无外部使能引脚。
SN65HVD33,SN65HVD34和SN65HVD35器件具有高电平有效驱动器使能和低电平有效接收器使能。通过禁用驱动器和接收器,可以实现低于1μA的低待机电流。
所有器件的特性均为-40°C至85°C的环境温度。低功耗允许在高达105°C或125°C的温度下工作,具体取决于封装选项。
