TPS6220x器件是一系列高效率同步降压转换器,非常适合由1节锂离子电池或3节电池供电的便携式系统NiMH /NiCd电池。这些器件也适用于标准的3.3V或5V电压轨。
输出电压范围为6 V至0.7 V,输出电流高达300 mA,适用于为PDA,掌上电脑和智能手机中使用的低压DSP和处理器供电。在额定负载电流下,器件以固定的开关频率工作,通常为1 MHz。在轻负载电流下,器件进入省电模式操作;开关频率降低,静态电流通常仅为15μA;因此,它在整个负载电流范围内实现了最高效率。 TPS6220x只需要三个小型外部组件。与SOT23封装一起,实现了最小的系统解决方案尺寸。先进的快速响应电压模式控制方案通过小型陶瓷输入和输出电容实现了出色的线路和负载调节。
