描述

TMP100-Q1-Q1和TMP101-Q1是双线，串行输出温度传感器，采用SOT23-6封装。不要求外部组件，TMP100- Q1-Q1和TMP101-Q1读取温度的分辨力为0.0625°C。

TMP100-Q1-Q1和TMP101-Q1特有SMBus和I ² C兼容接口， TMP100-Q1允许在一个总线连接上高达8器件.TMP101-Q1提供每设备高达3器件的SMBus报警功能。

TMP100-Q1和TMP101-Q1是在多种通信，计算机，用户，环境，工业和测量仪器应用中进行拓展温度测量的最佳选择。

TMP100-Q1和TMP101-Q1的规定工作温度范围为-40℃至125℃。
