TS12A4514 /TS12A4515是单刀单掷(SPST),低压,单电源CMOS模拟开关,具有极低的开关导通状态抵抗性。 TS12A4514常开(NO)。 TS12A4515常闭(NC)。
这些CMOS开关可以在2 V和12 V之间的单电源下连续工作。每个开关都可以处理轨到轨模拟信号。 OFF漏电流最大值在25°C时仅为1 nA或在85°C时为10 nA。
所有数字输入均具有0.8 V至2.4 V逻辑阈值,确保TTL /CMOS逻辑兼容性使用5 V电源时。
