IDE崩溃

    I had a project working on Windows 10/MPLAB X 3.40, then upgraded to 3.45.  When I set a breakpoint, the IDE crashed with no warning or errors.  Eventually found the forum post to download a new USBAccessLink.dll.  That solved the crashing, but then my Ethernet link did not work (it goes through a USB converter).  Finally submitted a ticket to Microchip.  Within a day they solved the problem (sort of).  In trying to find the error, I moved to a MAC and installed all the same components on the MAC.  The tech support guy walked me through the example project for the Ethernet Starter Kit II (my hardware).  Of course, it worked perfectly.  I then went to the PC version and it did not work.  

I completely cleaned out MPLAB X from the PC and re-installed v3.50.  Tried to recompile and reload the project that worked on v3.40, and, (wait for it), it did not work on v3.50!!!  The IDE did not recognize the Starter Kit so it could not connect (Connection failed message).  So I guess 3.50 is better than 3.45 but worse than 3.45 with new dll.

Luckily I can go back to my MAC to continue.  

Q: Is there any SQA performed on the various upgrades to MPLAB X or are these MPLAB X versions all "beta" and the users are the testers?
