I'm trying to figure out how to do it under SCPI. In looking thru the help file, it directed me to the "Calculate:Data Commands" section. However, the listed commands stated that it will only work on S-Parameter type measurements only. I did try the following: CALC5:PAR:MNUM 5 CALC5:DATA:SNP:PORTS:SAVE '1,2','C:TEMPTEST.S2P';*OPC? but I get a Error 106, measurement not found error. In the example above, I have Tr#=5 and it is residing under channel 5. So I'm thinking the commands didn't work since I was in an SMC channel and not the standard S-parameter channel. I stated I received an error 106 and saw language in the help file stating that those commands only worked for regular S-Parameter measurement classes, so I assumed that was the problem. I cannot use the MMEM command since it only supports *.prn, *.cti, *.csv, *.mdf files, not .s2p or .s2px. So I'm still trying to figure out how to save .s2p and .s2px files using SCPI on a Scalar Mixer Coverter (SMC) measurement channel, since I know I can do it manually using the 'Save Data As' menu entry. I am hoping it might be related to extra commands not updated in the latest help file, similar to the issue encountered from my prior post on pna-x power leveling via scpi.
