Our card with the FPGA & EEPROM must be guaranteed to work at 100degC. For the FPGA, we are already going to use an industrial grade version so we are good there. However the industrial grade EEPROM (XCF32P) is only recommended to be used up to 85degC. Should we add heatsinks for the EEPROM in order to guarantee that it will not fail at 100degC? or not add any heatsinks since according to the datasheet the absolute max rating for the junction temp is given to be 125degC?
