You can migrate to latest version of Vivado 2015.4 and check if this issue is addressed. If you still observe the issue, you can share the testcase to debug this further.

两个vivado版本之间唯一不同的是，2015年查看许可状态中的2015.7版本限制为红色，而不是另一个版本。
这是否意味着我们只能运行并包括vivado 2015.2？

  I downloaded vivado 2015.4 as you suggested but appreently can't get the liscense.
  The only different between the two vivado version is that version limit of 2015.7 in View License Status is red for 2015.4 while it is not for the other one.
 
Does it mean we can only run upto and including vivado 2015.2?

Yes you are correct. With this version limit, you can only use the Vivado Design Suite upto and including 2015.2. You can check below AR to know details about version limit
