差分共面线如何设计

任何人都可以帮我设计具有以下参数的差分共面线：差分阻抗= 100欧姆。
地面和信号线之间的间距= 50 - 60 um信号线之间的间距= 50-60 um走线宽度约= 30-40 um你可以使用基板的选择：Er = 3.66,2.33,2.20,6.15,10和
PCB厚度= 0.1毫米迹线厚度= 0.7密耳或1.4密耳。

  Can anybody help me to design differential co-planar lines with the following parameters:  

Differential impedance = 100 ohm.
spacing between ground and signal line around = 50 - 60 um
spacing between signal lines around  = 50-60 um
trace width around  = 30-40 um  

you can use the choice of substrate:  

Er = 3.66, 2.33, 2.20, 6.15, 10

and thickness of PCB around = 0.1 mm  

trace thickness = 0.7 mil or 1.4 mil.

Please reply if anyone can design using these parameter or anyone have idea how to do this.
