The license manager appears to use the Windows HOMEDRIVE in choosing where to place the .Xilinx folder holding my licenses.  Yesterday, I installed ISE WebPack 14.2 while my laptop was connected to a Windows domain controller.  While connected to that domain controller, my HOMEDRIVE was set to a network drive letter (P:) which was accessible at that site.  I am at a different location today, I don't have access to that network drive.  Despite many attempts to install the license again (all of them reported "successful"), ISE still reports this error, presumably because it fails to find the P: drive.

I've already talked to the IT guys, and they declined to change the HOMEDRIVE policy of the domain controller.  How do I change the license search path so that it will use my hard drive instead of a network drive?

Do I need to reinstall WebPACK while disconnected from the domain controller to fix this?

Error message follows:
