无法启动.NET框架

嗨，我得到消息框“无法启动.NET框架”。

4.5 4.5.50709+ + - Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 ADO.NET实体框架工具10.0.40219+ + - TestExec SL + 7.1.1系统上不再有.NET 4.0。
但微软告诉我，.NET4.5完全向后兼容.NET4.0在win7事件日志中，我找不到任何细节。
任何expierience？

I got the messagebox "Unable to start .NET framework".  
For some reason, I need to install testexec on a dual boot system, so win7 is running on drive D: an there I have to install Testexec SL. (If I do the same on systems with default installation path, everything works fine.)

After installation, program start properties looks like:
+"D:Program FilesAgilentTestExec SL 7.1Bintstexcsl.exe" /Platform "TestExec SL" /Version 7.1 /Preferences "D:UsersPublicAgilentMy TxSL FilesTest SystemsPreferences.upf"+

Also  the .NET Framework installation looks a little bit different, but brought by microsoft products:

+- Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5                                                     4.5.50709+

+- TestExec SL+                                                                                   7.1.1        

There is no .NET 4.0 on the system any more. But microsoft tells, .NET4.5 is fully backwards compatible to .NET4.0

In the win7 eventlog, i can not find any details.
Any expierience ?
