Setting variable mplab8installed to empty value". They were unable to explain this as no such registry key exists on their various trial IDE machines. The only other Microchip software installed since new on my machine was MPLABX v3.61. The suggestion from Microchip support was to create a new user with administrator rights and re-install from there. This worked for me. |
