Linux eval许可证不能编译XKKU060部分

嗨，
对于我正在使用的Linux系统，我们有30天的许可证。

Hi,

We have  a 30-day eval license for a Linux system I am using.  The system has Vivado 2017.4, not the web edition.
I tried to compile a file for an XCKU060 part.  The tool reports my license does not cover that part.  The license manager only indicates the HLS tool is active.  The license manager for the windows tool shows 9 items are active, including HLS.  Is this difference normal for windows vs Linux, or is there something else going on?

We also have a 30-day eval license for a windows system.  The windows machine compiles the XCKU060 part with no complaints.
I included both license files.  Why can't I compile for the XCKU060 part?
