Hi,
 
I try to use the "HDMI" and "AVB Endpoint" IP-Cores.
 
If I open the settings of the IP-Cores and want to add repository, I get the massage "No IPs or interfaces". (see on picture)
 
I can`t uploaded the licens. (I get an error)
 
Where I will find the reports you need?

What are you trying to do????
"Add IP repository" option is used to add custom IPs to Vivado IP catalog.
If you want to load IP license, you to do it using Vivado License Manager (i.e., Vivado GUI --> help --> Manage Xilinx Licenses --> VLM GUI --> Load License)

IP cores varies from device to device. So which device are you targeting?
Did you check whether the device you are targeting is supported by the IP?
 
Also share the generated file after running the following tcl command: report_environment -file env.txt

Are you saying you have loaded the custom IP. If Yes, then you will find them in IP catlog under user Repository section only if the IP is properly added in Vivado IP repository Manager.
