更新Vivado系统？

Please exscuse my lack of understanding here.  About a year ago we ordered a Vivado System with a Floating License (EF-VIVADO-SYSTEM-FL).  Recently I was asked to renew the maintenance and support on this license and I have been trying to track that down ever sense.

I tried speaking to Digi-Key and they seemed clueless.  I also called AVNet and they said that they would love to help but they would need a product/part number.

I also tried calling Xilinx who told me to talk to the reseller.  Is it possible to renew our Vivado System maintenance and support license?  And if so would anyone happen to know the correct product number?

Sorry for the questions, but I am a bit lost and I would greatly appreciate any additional help or info!
