  There was a bug in the firmware that caused QuickCal with long cables not to work properly.  That was fixed with the latest firmware release.  When you use long cables, make sure that your frequency spacing is adequate to provide correct phase wraps.  For 6 meter cables with teflon dielectric, that is about 9 MHz.  

Also, TRL type of calibration is now supported and the 85052C cal kit should be listed.with the latest firmware.  There is a new Cal Kit editor that you can download that supports xml cal kit files.

You can get all the cal kit definitions from the following link:

You can download the .ckt file and then convert that into .xkt file using the cal kit editor.  Then you can use data link to import the .xkt file to FieldFox.

  The version 1.0.5002.0 of the cal kit editor that Ken mentioned was uploaded to the web yesterday September 11th, but as it turns out there was a problem with that initial version of the installer for that release (my bad).  If you downloaded that prior to 4:30 pm Pacific Daylight Time today September 12th, please revisit that page ([http://na.tm.agilent.com/pna/apps/]) and re-download and re-install the application.  The problem with the previous installer was that the ability to save or recall cal kits in the PNA '.ckt' file format was not showing up.

  Lengthy response, but this may help others too, as cal kit questions are not uncommon.

Now to the question .... 
* There were some improvements made to QuickCal and long cable calibrations, so please upgrade to the latest firmware to take advantage of these improvements. 
* The 85052C cal kit is included with our latest firmware. So if you upgrade, you get the cal kit definition and the QuickCal improvements. All you need to upgrade is a USB stick or SD Card. Latest firmware (A.07.05 today):

To transfer the cal kit file to FieldFox, you need a LAN connection to the instrument. Cannot transfer a cal kit file via USB or SD Card.  Once you have the LAN connection, you have two choices. 

(1) If you are familiar with ftp, ftp to the analyzer's IP address, use anonymous as the login, and the password is any text that looks like an email, a@a.net for example. Then cd to the calkits directory and put the xkt file in that directory.  Reboot the analyzer so the Cal Wizard reads the directory. All set to go. 

(2) Or alternatively, install our Data Link software on your PC. Data link:

Connect to the instrument over the LAN. 
Right click on the instrument name (or IP address) 
Click Send File to Instrument ... 
Select the xkt file from your computer 
The file will then be saved in the cal kit directory of your analyzer 
Reboot analyzer (must reboot) 
You are set to go
