These press releases are misleading. The implication is that IP integrator is generally available which is false. Have to request a separate EA license from the FAE. From my experience with using the integrator I suspect it won't be ready until 2013.2 at the earliest.

The press reelase told you exactly that -- you need to contact your FAE.

Come on, be serious.  Its a press release, which is all wonderful, and 'gee whiz' and such.  But there is this small thing called 'the truth' and I believe Xilinx does  much better job of telling the truth than just about any other company I have worked for.
 
Right there.  In the release.  Must go ask the sales office.  Did you really think that "go ask your sales office" is the same as "click on this link to download?"  If it was generally available, then the release would have stated that.  In fact, when it is generally available, there will be another press release.

Um Yes. Then I receive this in my email (image below) telling me essentially "It's all there go ahead and download now..." Then after 4 hrs of downloading and 2 days of pulling my hair out I realize there are bits missing (including the separate download for SDK that wasn't obvious). And of course it wasn't mentioned in the release notes then to contact an FAE because... the release notes were not there... They are there now and explain this but didn't at the time because no one could find the release notes. I'm not the only one who has been confused by this. 
 

 
Would have been perfect if there was an asterix next to "Introducing IP Integrator *" with a line in bold at the bottom stating. "* Zynq devices require an early access license, please contact your FAE for details"

Perhaps it's an issue with my account but I keep getting the following error in my browser when trying to download the SDK

I think there are multiple web servers that are load balanced and you hit one that was down. It might take a few tries. Close the browser and repeat.

My FAE granted me a license for the IP Integrator and I've had a play. Really nice but really beta (at least for Zynq). Will look forward to an official release with 2013.2. For now I'm content enough with PlanAhead.

Thanks for the tip. I tried closing the browser and repeating the download steps.
Even tried with firefox instead of chrome after a full pc reboot. Still get the 404 error.
I'm on ubuntu 12.04 but I haven't had any problems downloading the other files.
