Intel® NUC Board NUC7i7DNBE supports the Intel® Core™ i7-8650U Processor. According to https://ark.intel.com/, the Tjunction (i.e the maximum temperature the cores can reach before thermal throttling activates) for this processor is 100°C. It is worth mentioning that the processor may exceed the Tjunction briefly without being considered overheating.
