  For older, out-of-support instruments like this, your best bet is to post this on the Yahoo forum listed.  That forum has lots of people that are used to dealing with older equipment and many people have come up with various solutions to various issues.

我已经详细阅读了8720D编程手册，而不是8753ES手册，但从未见过任何GPIB命令来从机器上读取文件。
我也没有找到任何复制USER cal kit内容的命令，我觉得这很烦人。
如果要使用Windows从VNA保存数据，那么来自John Miles的vna.exe值得谷歌搜索。
如果你想在Linux上将数据保存到.s1p或.s2p，那么我可以分享我编写的一些Unix代码。
我只在Solaris下测试过，但我希望它可以在Linux下运行。
它需要NI的GPIB卡。
正如jvall所说，雅虎集团是好的。

What 8753 VNA, what manual, what obsolete software?  I have looked in detail at the 8720D programming manual,  and less at the 8753ES manual, but have never seen any GPIB commands to read the files off the machine. Neither have I found any command to copy the contents of a USER cal kit, which I find annoying. 

If you want to save data from the VNA, using Windows,  then vna.exe from John Miles is worth Googling.  If you want to save data to a .s1p or .s2p on Linux,  then I can share some Unix code I wrote. I have only tested under Solaris, but I would expect it to work under Linux. It need a GPIB card from National Instruments.

As jvall said,  the Yahoo group is good. If there was software,  then there's a good chance someone might have a copy.
