In every instance, programs that executed flawlessly in V5 now would crash in V9 where we had instances of "EXECUTE CLEAR". We had to remove each instance and replace those commands with "IP" or "*RST" or any other unique instrument preset state. As I am not looking forward to going through each line of code to dump this out, I wanted to see if others have also had these problems and what their workaround was. I do remember having some issues when VEE changed the way I/O was done in Version 8.0, but those were usually solved by checking "Enable Pre 8.0 Legacy I/O" under Default Preferences > IO.
